1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Moneyboard's application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Moneyboard Technologies LLC ("Moneyboard," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Moneyboard provides a personal finance tracking application that allows users to log expenses, categorize spending, and view summaries of their financial activities. Our services are designed to help individuals manage their personal finances more effectively.

We do not provide financial advice, and our services should not be considered as such. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Data

The financial data you enter into Moneyboard is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly choose to share it with us for support purposes.

You are solely responsible for regularly backing up your data. While we strive to ensure our services operate correctly, we cannot guarantee that your data will never be lost or corrupted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Moneyboard or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any way any content from our services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyboard and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
